can anyone please give me a summary of how buying a house/property works?
Here's the deal: A person (the one selling the house) is asking me to have atleast 1K deposit to be left with the Title company to begin the title search. I will then get a copy of the contract that the "realtor" have with the seller along with a wholesale agreement contract because that is what the realtor will be doing, wholesaling it to me. The buyer, which is me, is required to pay all closing, however the realtor will split the closing and all other fees or the realtor and I can negotiate a lower offer if I pay all closing, the choice is up to me. Any more advice/tricks?

You would have to show all paperwork involved. Yes you would need to sign another contract with the bank.
