want to buy a rental property. Which bank offers best investment property loans w/ least down payment?
Can anybody recommend a bank/mortgage company with the least downpayment. We purchased a rental this year and put 20% down. I would like to find a better deal

Our bank even offers 100% loans on Investment Properties.
They are a little more difficult to qualify for, but they are there.
Also, the interest rates start going up after the 80% mark, so if you are looking for a "cash flow" property, the 100% loans may not work well for you. It depends on what area you are in and how much you are buying the house for.
If you are looking to flip the property in a short time, then who cares about the rate. Just get in, get out and take your profit.

My wife and I are thinking about using Quicken Loans to refinance a mortgage on a rental property. Any advice?
Has anyone else experienced Quicken Loans. This is the first time we have not delt with the "local banker" and we're nervous about the closing over the phone/internet thing.
